Response of Souls Service at churches of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia

On the day following the five major feasts, the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church commemorates the deceased.

On January 7, 2024, the Divine Liturgy of Response of Souls was offered in the operating churches of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia.

During the Sunday Divine Liturgy, in the ​Cathedral of Saint George and Saint Etchmiadzin church in Avlabari, celebrant Rev. Father Husik Harutyunyan and Rev. Father Kirakos Simonyan preached about the mystery of Christmas, as well as the Day of Remembrance and commemoration of the deceased.

At the end of the Divine Liturgy, at the​ Cathedral of Saint George and with the presence of His Grace Bishop Kirakos Davtyan, Primate of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia, and at  Saint Etchmiadzin church in Avlabari with the participation of the clergy Response of Souls Service was offered for the peace of the soul of the deceased.
