Easter event at Saint Gregory of Narek Spiritual, Educational and Cultural Center in Rustavi city

On April 13, 2024, with the blessing of the Primate of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia, His Grace Bishop Kirakos Davtyan, with the participation of different groups of the Saint Gregory of Narek (Surb Grigor Narekatsi) Spiritual, Educational and Cultural Center, an event dedicated to the Glorious Resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ took place in Rustavi city.

The center hall was crowded. The members of the Armenian community in Rustavi city came to watch the performances of the students of the center, imbued with song, dance, recitation, performances of church, and folk traditions dedicated to Easter and the preceding Great Lent period.

At the end of the event, Rev. Father Hovsep Harutyunyan, pastor of Saint Gregory of Narek Center, congratulated attendees on the occasion of the Easter Feast and conveyed blessing, congratulations, and best wishes of the Primate of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia, His Grace Bishop Kirakos Davtyan.

The well-organized event with beautiful speeches was followed by the traditional egg tapping game which was joined by adults as well. The event ended in an atmosphere of a festive mood.
