Exhibition "From Point to Point" at "Hayartun" Center of Armenian Diocese in Georgia

On March 29, 2025, with the blessing of His Grace Bishop Kirakos Davtyan, Primate of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia, an exhibition of graphic art by young artist Anna Torosyan opened at the "Hayartun" Center (Director: Eugenia Markosyan).

More than five dozen artworks in the surrealist style, characterized by contemplative, philosophical, and illusionistic clarity, as well as high technical and artistic mastery, were created with painstaking patience. As they took shape, gaining substance, depth, and the ability to convey diverse ideas, they testified to the broad horizon of the artist’s imagination.

While still studying at the Graphic Arts Department of the Academy of Fine Arts of Armenia, Anna Torosyan realized that simply creating a person was not enough to express the ideas emerging from her inner world. As a result, she turned to the point, revealing her hidden ability: everything, every phenomenon, "from birth to death," begins at one point and ends at another.

Armenian artists from Tbilisi—Mayis Kirakosyan, Artyom Kirakosov, Eduard Mirzoyan, and others—shared their impressions of the exhibition and highly praised the presented works. These works, symmetrically united through dots and taking on various shapes, opened a new world to the viewer.

The young artist, who has participated in various exhibitions both in Armenia and abroad, considered it an honor to present her works to the art-loving public of Tbilisi and expressed her gratitude for the high praise she received.
