Meruzhan Shahumyan was buried in the Khojivank pantheon

On April 14, 2024, the funeral of Meruzhan Shahumyan, famous artist, former president of the Union of Armenian Artists of Georgia, was held at the Pantheon of the Armenian Writers and Public Figures “Khojivank” in Tbilisi,

Under the presidency of Primate of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia, His Grace Bishop Kirakos Davtyan, accompanied by Rev. Father Archimandrite Nshan Hmayakyan, General Prelate at Samtskhe-Javakheti and Tsalka’s General Prelacy, requiem service was held at the grave of the deceased. The participants of the funeral paid tribute to the memory of the deceased and laid flowers at his grave.
