Requiem Service in the memory of Zhora Snkhchyan, Armenian poet from Georgia
On February 6, 2022, in Saint Etchmiadzin church of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia, under the presidency of the Deputy Primate of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia Rev. Father Nshan Hmayakyan and with the participation of clergy and deacons, a Requiem Service was offered in the memory of Zhora Snkhchyan, Director of “Rafael Javakh” Educational and Cultural Center in Ninotsminda, Founder and Chairman of “Vernatun” Union of Armenian Writes of Georgia, Armenian poet from Georgia, who died at the age of 71, after a long period of severe illness.
During the Service, Rev. Father Samvel Torosyan touched upon the earthly path of Zhora Snkhchyan’s life, which was full of creative, state and public fruitful activities, and prayed for the peace of his soul.
