"Student Conference-24" of Youth Department of Armenian Diocese in Georgia was held

On November 8, with blessings of His Grace Bishop Kirakos Davtyan, Primate of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia, a student conference was held at the Biltmore Tbilisi Hotel within the framework of the Diocesan Youth Department’s “Civic Dialogue and Action for Change 2023-2024” project.

The project is being implemented with the support of the Jinishian Memorial Foundation.

During the conference, activities implemented within the framework of the project were presented, and all seminars and trainings were discussed.

Head of the Youth Department Emil Sargsyan highlighted the role and importance of the participation of students and young people in initiatives aimed at solving civic issues.

Representatives of the "Multinational Georgia" NGO, Arnold Stepanyan and Mari Mikoyan, also highlighted the active participation of young people in various projects, including the elections as observers at various polling stations.

Deacon Gevorg Avetisyan, the spiritual servant of the Cathedral of Saint George, was also present at the conference, and he spoke about the interrelationship between spiritual values and civic responsibilities.
