The Chairman of the Government of Autonomous Republic of Adjara received the Vicar of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia
On July 27, 2019, on the second day of his visit to Batumi, the Vicar of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia Rev. Father Kirakos Davtyan was received by the Chairman of the Government of Autonomous Republic of Adjara Tornike Rizhvadze in the Government building.
Chairman Rizhvadze congratulated Rev. Father Kirakos on the occasion of his appointment to serve as Vicar of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia, highlighted the involvement of the Armenian population of Adjara in the economic, political and social life of the Autonomous Republic and attached importance to the cooperation of the Autonomous Republic with the Armenian Diocese in Georgia. Rev. Father thanked for the reception, congratulated the Chairman of the Government of Autonomous Republic of Adjara on the occasion of being elected as Chairman of the ruling party "Georgian Dream" regional office in Adjara, wished him many success both in his activities as the Chairman of the Government of Autonomous Republic and Chairman of the ruling party "Georgian Dream" regional office.
