REVERAND FATHER DAVIT KYUREGHYAN
Rev. Father Davit (baptismal name is Gevorg) was born in 1973 in Pokr (Little) Aragal village of Ninotsminda (former Bogdanovka) region of Georgia.
1980-1984 graduated from the 8-year school of Little Aragyal.
1984-1990 graduated from Armenian secondary school No. 1 in Ninotsminda.
1990-1996 studied at the Gevorkian Theological Seminary.
1995 ordained as a deacon by His Eminence Archbishop Anania Arabajyan.
1996-1997 served at Veharan (the residence of the Catholicos of All Armenians) as the secretary of Catholicos Karekin I.
1997 ordained as a priest by His Eminence Archbishop Anania Arabajyan.
1997-1999 served as the pastor of the Martuni region From 1999 served in various communities of the Ararat Patriarchal Diocese. The place of the last service in Armenia was the Saint Astvatsatsin Church in Vedi, Masyatsotn Diocese.
2024 from July 10, by the order of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians was appointed to serve at the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Holy Church in Georgia.
By the order of His Grace Bishop Kirakos Davtyan, the Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Holy Church in Georgia, Rev. Father Davit Kyureghyan was appointed to serve as the pastor of Saint Gevorg Church and adjacent villages in Aragva (Arakova) village of Akhalkalaki region of Samtskhe-Javakhk and Tsalka Genereal Prelacy of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia.
Rev. Father Davit Kyureghyan is married and has two daughters.
