ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT - DIRECTOR: KAREN YERITSYAN
Among the functions of the Administrative Department of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia are ensuring the safe operation of the diocesan headquarters, functioning churches and centers in Tbilisi, organizing timely prevention and repair of malfunctions, and maintaining discipline.
The department’s responsibilities also include addressing administrative issues within the Diocese, ensuring proper organization of supplies, and overseeing the operation of the vehicle operations and the warehouse.
One of the functions of the Administrative Department is to organize and monitor the progress of construction and repair works for both active and non-operating churches, address emerging issues promptly, and support the consistent implementation of the work in the Armenian-populated regions of Georgia. One of the responsibilities of this department is also the organization of consecration and re-consecration of newly built and renovated churches.
The day-to-day activities of this department ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Diocese.
The Administrative Department is managed by Karen Yeritsyan, a knowledgeable professional with many years of experience in this field, who approaches his duties with great responsibility.
His department is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of tasks within the Diocese, maintaining discipline, managing vehicles, providing guard and supply services, overseeing the construction, repair, and economic upkeep of diocesan and church structures, and handling plumbing and kitchen activities for diocesan facilities.
