Primate of Armenian Diocese in Georgia Attended Consecration of St. Amenaprkich Church in Gegharkunik

On June 1, 2025, the consecration ceremony of the newly built St. Amenaprkich (All Savior) Church took place in the village of Madina, Martuni region, within the Diocese of Gegharkunik of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church. At the invitation of His Grace Bishop Partev Barseghyan, Primate of the Diocese of Gegharkunik, the event was attended by His Grace Bishop Kirakos Davtyan, Primate of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia. The church, built through the generous support of Mr. Mher Baghdasaryan, was consecrated by Bishop Partev Barseghyan and Bishop Kirakos Davtyan, with the participation and prayers of the clergy.
At the conclusion of the sacred ceremony, the Blessing Letter of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, addressed to the benefactor, was read aloud.
Following the consecration ceremony, His Grace Bishop Partev expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the benefactor of the newly built church, the architect, the construction team, and all those who contributed to the realization of this sacred project. His Grace Bishop Kirakos conveyed his paternal blessing to the residents of the Madina community, wishing them strength through the Lord’s gracious gifts, and urging them to keep the miraculous St. Amenaprkich Church of Madina vibrant and spiritually alive through steadfast faith.
