Representatives of the Youth Department of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia are going to participate in All Armenian “WYUAC: Bridge between Armenia and Diaspora” pilgrimage
On July 5, 2022, with the blessings and support of the Primate of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia, Rev. Father Archimandrite Kirakos Davtyan, three members of the Diocesan Youth Department (Head of the Youth Department: Emil Sargsyan) Armenuhi Podosyan, Aida Bazoyan and Boris Mzikyan left for the Republic of Armenia in order to participate in All Armenian “WYUAC (World Youth Union of the Armenian Church): Bridge between Armenia and Diaspora” pilgrimage, which will be held from July 6 to July 11.
Around two hundred young people from Armenia, Artsakh and Diaspora will participate in the pilgrimage which has already become traditional.
Young pilgrims will visit the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. During the pilgrimage, visits to various Armenian sanctuaries will be organized.
The young people will also visit Yerablur to pray for the peace of the souls of the soldiers martyred “in sake of faith and the motherland”.
During the pilgrimage, a two-day educational course on the organization of youth work developed by the WYUAC Headquarters will be held.
WYUAC All Armenian pilgrimages are invited with the blessings of the Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenian. The participants are the church-loving young people of the worldwide dioceses of the Armenian Church.
