Requiem Service was offered for the peace of souls of victims of the "Surmalu" shopping center explosion

On August 18, 2022, with the blessings of the Primate of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia, Rev. Father Archimandrite Kirakos Davtyan, Requiem Service was offered in the operating churches of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia for the peace of souls of the innocent victims of the "Surmalu" shopping center in Yerevan.

The general Requiem Service, which was offered in the Cathedral of Saint George in Tbilisi and Saint Etchmiadzin church in Avlabari, with the participation of clergy and deacons, was also an encouragement to Armenians to support each other to overcome this difficult situation.

Those present lit candles for the repose of the souls of the victims.
