The joy of receiving gifts prevailed at St. Moses of Khoren preschool
After a break which lasted almost a year, the pleasure of playing together, learning, dancing, singing and spending the day together again was given to the students of St. Moses of Khoren (Surb Movses Khorenatsi) Preschool of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia.
On March 4, 2021, Vicar of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia, Rev. Father Archimandrite Kirakos Davtyan visited the St. Moses of Khoren preschool. The Diocesan Primate congratulated the teachers on the starting their work again after a long-lasted break and wished them to fill the center's activities with the same enthusiasm and love.
Rev. Father Kirakos Davtyan offered his blessings to the preschool students; spoke about those children who have sent gifts for their peers from far abroad. Those gifts are the expression of Jesus Christ's great love for children. Those presents also teach them to love the Church and to follow the example of their peers who live with that love. Rev. Father Archimandrite Kirakos Davtyan conveyed the beautiful boxes of gifts sent by ''Samaritan's Purse'' Christian charitable organization to the children giving them the joy of receiving a gift.
Already for several years now, ''Samaritan's Purse'' Christian humanitarian organization is sharing with its love and kindness with 3-14 years old children and teenagers of different religious communities in Georgia giving them beautiful Christmas gifts full of joy, excitement, surprise and interest.
Under the leadership of Rev. Father Narek Ghushchyan, coordinator of this organization's activities at the Armenian Diocese in Georgia, 5000 boxes of gifts were given to the churches of the Armenian Diocese his year.
